Security and data protection
We process business data, which is why the platform is built with security in mind. Hosting in Germany, clear access rules, automatic backups. You find the details in our privacy policy.
TOTP-based two-factor authentication on every login. Protects your data even if a password is compromised.
Every person has a personal account with clearly defined permissions. No shared password, no colleague mix-ups.
Servers are located in Germany at Strato, a GDPR-compliant provider with a data processing agreement.
A backup runs every night to a separate NAS in our office. Restore is possible per file or per day.
All relevant actions are logged. You can trace who changed what and when.
Standard protection against form and login abuse, continuously updated against current threats.
All connections run over HTTPS with TLS. Data between your device and our platform is encrypted.
Earlier versions of your files and orders remain accessible for 90 days. Restore per version, without our involvement.
On request we restrict access to specific IP ranges, for example your company network or VPN. Sensitive accounts stay in-house.
The platform sets only the session cookies required for login. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no external fonts.

What does access to the client portal cost?
Access is included in every service package, with no additional cost. As soon as the cooperation begins, we set up an account for you and give you a short walkthrough of the areas relevant to your business.
Which devices does the platform run on?
In the browser on every current device, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. The platform can also be installed with one click as an app, so it feels like a native application. On iPad and iPhone, offline use is available for our inspectors in China.
In which languages is the interface available?
German, English and Mandarin. You select the language per account. If you bring international colleagues on board, every person can use the platform in their own language.
Where is my data stored?
The platform runs on servers in Germany operated by Strato. In addition, a full backup is transferred every night to a separate NAS that is not publicly reachable. Details on data processing are described in our privacy policy.
Can I invite multiple people from my team?
Yes. We set up a personal account per person with defined permissions. If you need a model with multiple buyers and an approval stage, this is covered by the order workflow.
What happens to access after the project ends?
You retain read access to completed orders for a clearly agreed period, so that you can still retrieve reports and documents. On request we export all data for permanent archiving in your own system.
