What information do you need for a product inquiry?

Product description, target quantity, target market (Germany or EU), certification requirements (for example CE, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, EUDAMED for medical devices), delivery time frame and budget or target price. Pictures or datasheets help but are not strictly required.

How long does it take to receive offers?

You typically receive a supplier shortlist with three to five vetted options within 14 days. Complete quotes including a sample proposal are usually available within three to four weeks after shortlist approval.

Can I inquire about multiple products at once?

Yes. You can submit several products in a single inquiry. Each product receives its own supplier shortlist and separate quotes, so you can decide per product.

Will I receive product samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample management is standard on every sourcing project. We organise sample shipment from China to Germany, document the assessment together with you and coordinate adjustments with the manufacturer before production starts.

What happens after the product inquiry?

You receive a written acknowledgement, followed by a free initial call to scope the requirements. Then our team in Guangzhou starts the supplier research. All subsequent steps are visible to you in the Trade-Hub.

Are the suppliers vetted?

Yes. We draw on a network of more than 200 qualified manufacturers. For inquiries outside our network, our Guangzhou team conducts a factory audit before any supplier is added to a shortlist.
